National Director Search Seeking the next National Director of Interserve Canada
Are you a strategic, prayerful, and mission-hearted leader who longs to see lives and communities in Asia and the Arab world transformed through Jesus Christ?
Interserve Canada is seeking a National Director who can mobilize people, resources, and partnerships to advance our 170-year legacy of wholistic mission and service.
Interserve Canada partners locally and globally to reach the unreached through practical skills, cross-cultural engagement, and Christ-centred witness. The National Director provides spiritual, missiological, organizational, and hands-on leadership to guide this work forward.
The National Director (ND) provides spiritual, missiological, organizational, and hands-on leadership to Interserve Canada. We are looking for a leader who is passionate for the cause of Christ, spreading His name to the marginalized, the oppressed, and the unreached people of the world, and someone who will take our purpose to heart and uphold our vision and core values; a leader with excellent mobilization, administration, and communication skills, who will build strong partnerships with members, supporters, and partners.
